Thank you for your interest in the Consumer Panel.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the experiences of users of legal services across Scotland.

It’s crucial that the regulation of legal services is informed by consumer needs and expectations. That needs a strong voice advocating for consumers, especially those who may be disadvantaged or in vulnerable circumstances.

The Panel brings that voice to the sector, providing expert advice to make sure the consumer interest is central to policies, processes and decisions.

We’re looking for a Chair and new Members to join the Panel and take forward this mission during a period of exciting regulatory change.
