Street League - Operations Director

We are seeking an individual who has the skills and experience to join us in this important senior role within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership of Street League’s UK operational function, ensuring that the organisation delivers outstanding impact for young people through high-performing, innovative and sustainable services.

2025/26 has been a landmark, record-breaking year for Street League.

This year, we achieved the highest level of social impact in our history. We achieved a total of 2,119 positive outcomes for young people in employment, education and training, while reaching 4,831 young people overall. For the first Street League welcomed 1,100 young females onto our services, the highest number in Street League’s history.

Our progress reflects the success of our Fit for Future Strategy in action. We are reaching more young people, delivering our programmes more effectively, and creating deeper, longer-lasting impact for those who need our support most.
