Our ambition is clear. In the last 18 months we have embarked on an improvement plan which has seen student success rates rise to 91%, with student achievement, attendance and retention on the up.
This is very positive but we still have work to do to deliver on our promise to students. At our recent Inspection we were judged to be Grade 3 although the Ofsted feedback and report clearly demonstrate that we know what needs to be done and have the right strategies in place; we now need to ensure they are embedded in all areas.
Our priority is improving teaching and learning to ensure all students experience good or outstanding teaching and are supported and challenged to achieve or exceed their potential. Our job is not done until every single learner gets a consistently excellent experience and that's what we are working towards.
It is critical we find the right person for this key role. Someone who can inspire, motivate and lead a team to deliver the absolute best for every student.
