Aspen People are working with our client, a leading social care organisation in Edinburgh, to recruit a new Service Manager on a contract until 31 March 2024.
This role will lead of key homelessness and social care processes, providing leadership, support, and development to high quality social care services. They will manage 8 hostels, a tenancy support service, and a Housing First Service with responsibility for delivery and administration of tenancy support, housing management and health needs.
This role will provide much needed to support to the service delivery.
We’re looking for candidates with experience and understanding of homelessness services, who have run or delivered services within health and social care. You should have a SSSC qualification (SCQF Level 10), ideally within a manager level category.
This role will require the suitable candidate to travel between the homelessness services, so it would be desirable if they had access to a car.
