HR knowledge, innovation, planning and first class influencing skills will be of critical importance in driving forward the development of a high performance culture coupled with best HR practice. Beyond ensuring smooth-running operational effectiveness and service delivery, the Senior HR manager requires the vision and flair to ensure excellence is achieved at all levels within the firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager who has gained strategic and operational capability ideally within a professional partnership environment and who has demonstrable experience of building, managing and motivating HR functions at all stages of employment through the leadership of people and the management of process.
We require an individual with a proven track record who is adept at helping both people and organisations achieve optimum performance.
