Rural Stirling Housing Association is a registered social landlord providing homes and services to people living in the rural north and west Stirling Council area. Rural Stirling aims to provide a greater quality of life for tenants and community members alike, through new build developments, service improvement and other non housing projects.

The organisation is now looking to recruit a new Chief Executive who brings passion and enthusiasm to the organisation from the key leadership position, whilst ensuring effective operational delivery.

Accountable to the Board of RSHA, you will ensure that the organisation achieves the desired performance results through strategic planning and effective delivery. Driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, you will ensure staff development is a priority.

The successful candidate will have excellent experience of leading and managing people in social housing or a related industry. A track record in delivering change and improving performance whilst motivating the team. Working close to operations and ensuring strategic and tactical decisions are made in line with risk. The Chief Executive will be the face of the organisation and sets the standards when it comes to embodying our values, and the behaviours RSHA expect from those who work for and with us.  A driving license is required.
