As a member of Cornerstone’s Leadership Team your main role will be to have overall responsibility for ensuring that the Board, the CEO, other members of the Leadership Team and the Branch Leaders have access to timely financial information to assist them to undertake their duties effectively. You will work closely with the Finance Lead within Cornerstone Central to ensure that she provides the highest level of expertise, advice and support to ensure that colleagues can do their jobs well and can provide excellent service to the people Cornerstone supports. You will be responsible for certain areas of designated expertise namely Finance, Legal, Property and Procurement.

The successful candidate will have sound financial management skills including the ability to analyse and interpret financial data. He / she will also have knowledge of finance related technology and how it can maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Experience of working at senior level in an organisation of comparable size is essential as is a professional qualification in a related discipline (CA, ACCA, ACA, CIPFA, CIMA). 

Cornerstone is currently going through significant change as it adopts a new way of working which  addresses some of the challenges faced by the social care sector.  Their new model – Local Cornerstone – is receiving worldwide attention.  It is an exciting time to be joining the organisation.
