This is a new role for HIAL and it has been created to support the delivery of our Corporate Projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join us at a time when our organisation is growing and developing.
Partnering with Senior Management colleagues and Airport managers across the 11 airport sites, you’ll develop a framework for us to build organisational and individual capability in project management. You’ll provide strategic oversight and hands-on support, guiding local management to achieve project delivery and driving forward improvement. You will be expected to drive business change and facilitate improvement in all projects, both capital and revenue. Whilst the value of the project may inform the level of support required, equally important is the customer interface and maintaining excellent customer service and support throughout the delivery of smaller value projects.
You’ll bring a strong combination of project delivery as well as project governance, with a focus on achieving efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll drive a culture of collaboration and high performance, ensuring our managers and contractors are motivated, supported and delivery focused to ensure delivery of a wide range of diverse projects.
Reporting directly to the Interim Director of Operational Support, you’ll be a key member of the team, working closely with colleagues in Infrastructure, IT and Procurement as well as Airport managers across the 11 airports.
