Castle Water is one of the fastest growing utility supply companies in the UK, having just acquired the business customers of Thames Water retail; this has taken group turnover to approaching £500m, supplying water services to business customers across Scotland and England. Castle Water has plans to continue to grow rapidly, together with the necessary market position, financing and resources.
Due to rapid growth they have a number of Customer Service Advisor opportunities available at their new state of the art Customer Service Centre in Blairgowrie:
Customer Service Advisors (£17,000 – £20,000): you will be trained across a number of systems including invoicing and CRM. You will be responsible for invoicing, resolving customer queries and liaison with Wholesalers on behalf of customers. Castle Water aims to answer most queries in a single phone call or email, and you will be given comprehensive training to enable you to provide the highest levels of customer service.
Castle Water offers an attractive base salary depending on Experience (DOE), pension scheme, life cover (subject to the rules of the schemes) and 28 days paid holiday. Normal working hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday, although some additional hours are required to support their full customer service operations of 8-6 Monday to Friday.
