We are delighted to be working again with Castle Water on an excellent opportunity for a customer focussed individual to join their growing team as Customer Services Manager. The role offers wide ranging responsibility across the day to day operational management of the customer service function, including call centre, email handling and web chat channels. The successful candidate will take full control of work force management and take ownership of customer escalations through to resolution. In addition, you will use your skills and experience to develop a working environment where agents can excel and productivity is maximised.
We are seeking candidates educated to degree level or the equivalent with a strong track record in a Customer Service Management role. A proven ability to think strategically and lead a team is essential, and candidates would benefit from being accustomed to high transaction volumes on a daily basis and possessing a working knowledge of customer service software and tools.
The role is based in Blairgowrie, within 30 minutes of Perth and Dundee and on the doorstep of the Cairngorm National Park, combining fantastic access to leisure activities with being close to the major cities of Scotland.
