The aim is to revolutionise the customer service provided by Caledonia, strengthening process and procedures to create an engaging and expert customer service which empowers staff to deliver excellence.
The new Director of Finance and Governance will lead and manage the finance function for the Group, ensuring appropriate treasury and risk management to deliver on the Groups ambitious business plans. Value for money is a key priority within the RSL Sector, delivering financial services to the business with a customer focus will be essential to achieve desired results.
The post holder will have full responsibility of maintaining a robust governance framework to meet regulatory and legislative requirements and support the Chief Executive, Executive Management Team and Board to provide effective advice, guidance and evaluations of all strategies, projects and financial plans.
This key position for Caledonia Housing Group will play an integral role in the development and delivery of the Groups business objectives. The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant and have significant experience of operating at a senior level. They will also be an innovative, personable and resilient individual who can empower staff to deliver excellence in service provision, customer focus and high-performance results.
