As Director of Housing Services, you will provide strategic direction and leadership for the delivery of Housing Services (housing management, repairs and cyclical maintenance and concierge and supported housing services); delivering exceptional and excellent services in compliance with relevant regulation and legislation.  You will be an effective member of the Directors’ team, working collaboratively with the Chief Executive, Board and colleagues on all matters of corporate strategy to ensure MHA is a sustainable, ambitious, dynamic and successful organisation.

Experience of developing and implementing business, strategic plans and policies to deliver effective results and continuous improvement is essential as is a track record of leading, developing and motivating a team to deliver excellent customer services.  . You will be an excellent communicator and negotiator, able to engage with individuals both internally and externally.  An understanding of the challenges facing social housing and registered social landlords would be advantageous.
