Group Chief Executive

Ferguslie Park Housing Association is searching for an inspiring and ambitious Chief Executive who can take the organisation into a new era of high performance and community engagement. The organisation has experienced some challenges but has strengthened its governing body with new experienced members and a significant number of the necessary improvements have been completed.

This role will provide you with a robust platform from which you will have a major impact on the area and the people of Ferguslie Park. Some of the association’s tenants live in the most challenged areas of Scotland, yet there is a strong spirit within the community. The association owns 800 properties across the Ferguslie Park area. The Tannahill Centre is a subsidiary of the association and serves as a community hub for the local area, as well as the office for the Housing Association. The organisations work together as the Ferguslie Group to support the community.

The new Group Chief Executive will lead both organisations out of the review period and into an exciting new time of regeneration and community development. You will be able to form new strategies and partnerships to deliver the group vision; Where the potential of Ferguslie Park is fully realised.
