Includem is a charity that provides one-to-one relationship-based support to young people and their families/carers. At the heart of what Includem does, is a strong belief that no young person is beyond help. Includem is headquartered in Glasgow with regional offices in Aberdeen, Dundee, Fife and Stirling.
Since their formation in 2000, they have worked with more than 5000 young people aged 5-25, helping to improve their lives and the lives of their families and carers. They employ more than 120 staff all of whom are passionate and committed to making a difference to the lives of the young people and families which they support.
Includem are searching for a talented HR Manager to join the team. They will primarily across the organisation on contracts and recruitment, operational HR procedures and learning and development initiatives. They will provide HR advice and support employee relation issues that may arise as well as developing a cohesive and succinct HR and Learning and Development Strategy.
We’re looking for someone with HR experience across the third sector who really understands and values the work Includem do. Knowledge of the SSSC would be an advantage and an understanding of complex employee relations cases as well as experience of developing HR procedures and strategic plans. You’ll be an excellent communicator and interested in working collaboratively to support colleagues to make significant changes to young people’s lives.
Includem have a hybrid working policy with 2 days a week in the office.
