Interim Finance and Corporate Services Manager
We are looking to speak with highly competent and experienced finance managers who are open to working on 3-month interim contract with a community focused Housing Association in Glasgow.
The organisation’s finance manager has recently moved on and are we are hoping to secure a high calibre interim to assist with finance and corporate services whilst the recruitment campaign is carried out for the permanent role. Wellhouse HA has 19 staff in total and an annual turnover of £3.8M, managing 798 homes for social rent across the greater Easterhouse area within Glasgow.
Key tasks would include closing of the 2020 accounts and year end returns. There is also the potential for looking at improvements within operations during the contract. The individual will be highly competent in budget management, account reporting and driving performance.
