The role will act as a crucial link between tenants, housing providers and the McDermott Group. Effective communication will be essential to ensure the success of projects and investment works. Working closely with trades, subcontractors and the operations team this post will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and the identifying any shortfalls in service delivery.

Recent experience within a similar housing or liaison position is essential.  You will also have some knowledge of housing regulations, legislation and current practices.
